I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Rolls-Royce (Bengaluru) in Jan 2020
Interview
There was a company presentation in the morning. Post the presentation immediately we had a technical written test which included questions from FEM and solid mechanics. The test had MCQs and two descriptive type questions.
After being shortlisted for the next round, there was a technical and behavioral interview. Two panel members interviewed me for about an hour. The result was announced the next day.
