I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Rolls-Royce (Derby, England) in Dec 2019
Interview
It was a fully day experience with multiple individual interviews, group discussions with current employees at various levels and a group activity/competition at the end. Overall it was a very good experience, and I leared a lot about the company and the work culture while I was there. We were also taken around the Roll Royce civil aerospace engine museum, which was part of the building where the interviews were taking place.
