I applied through college or university. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Rolls-Royce in Oct 2009
Interview
I had 1 first round behavioral interview that was 1 on 1. The second round interview was on-site and there were 3 one-on-one interviews including a personality fit, company fit, and a technical fit. They were all very nice and easy to talk to. There was a facility tour and a presentation on the company itself. They covered all travel expenses and were very generous in the accommodations. The interviews were pretty standard interviews. There were not any big curveballs, or places they tried to stump you. They were really just looking for a good fit for the company and also making sure it was a good fit for you as well.
