My interview was with the submarine division.
The Interview process consisted of a teams interview, then 2 face to face interviews, 1st interview was competency/scenario based and the 2nd interview was meeting the team.
Honestly this is the worst interview process i've experience, it was so slow, disorganised and disjointed.
I applied for a roll in Dec 22, with interviews being offered around April 23 time the following year with the remaining 2 being scheduled right up until the end of July.
I was messed around so many times by the recruiters/interviews from not being communicated to for weeks on end, the recruiters scheduling interviewers without confirming slots with the interviewer. I had taken time off work to attend these and lost 2 days of annual leave in the process.
The teams interview wasn't any different from the face to face interview. I can't understand the point of doing the same interview over teams and then face to face.
The final interview was supposed to be with the original interviewer to meet the team, as they couldn't decide between me and another candidate.
I arrived to the interview, i was then approached by a member of the team who then asked me why i was surprised? this person was to then conduct the final interview and was just obnoxious and arrogant throughout.
Honestly glad i didn't get the role, bullet dodged.
