I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ross Stores (New York, NY) in Oct 2014
Interview
There were multiple interviews. An initial one with HR. Then a two hour interview at corporate office. They were one on one for about 30 minutes with various employees. Employees ranged from buyers and planners high up in the company on both the Ross and DD's side. You did not interview with your supervisor or get to pick/suggest the area you were interested in interning with other then selecting buying or planning.
