I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Ross Stores (University Park, MD)
Interview
Easy interview. They just want to know about you and your leadership skills. They ask about your leadership skills a lot but it isn't anything you should really be worried about. As long as you've been a leader in something you can expand on you'll be ok.
I applied online. I interviewed at Ross Stores (New York, NY) in Jan 2019
Interview
There were rounds of interview processes. One with Human Resources, and then one with the certain team you apply for. Both asked different series of questions, during the two different interview processes, at two different dates.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Ross Stores (Shafter, CA) in Mar 2018
Interview
I was contacted by Human Resource Recruiter asking several questions about my background/experience and school. Then we scheduled a phone screen and was told I was going to have an additional phone screen with her boss. After the second phone screen I was scheduled to interview with Engineering Manager at the DC.
