They took me in and sat me down. They make you feel comfortable and once I got sat down, they asked for my name. The interview was not too long, it went by pretty fast. I got an email the next day. They do a background check before they hire you.

They mainly focus on your availability. They ask you to tell them about yourself and your job experiences and why you would be a good fit to the company. They ask you why you want to work at Ross.

They ask basic work experience questions, basic problem solving questions, they confirm your availability and let you know you’ll receive an email/ phone call with start date and so on
Thorough and very detailed. It's a particular answer they are looking for. And you will know through the interview if you are doing well. And there are quite a few questions.
