Started with recruiter support to prepare me for the interviews. Followed with 2 rounds of multiple 1:1 interviews with key reports, peers, associates and management. Interviewers were well prepared with questions, both easy and tough. Got taken to a lunch interview. Everyone was very friendly and engaging, and clearly understands their business well. Culture seems to be a blend of traditional and informal. Office while neat and well equiped was a little old feeling although in a fantastic location (park setting, close to shops, and transit). I was very impressed with the management/leadership team and would love an opportunity to work with them. I think they have great business savvy, and a real focus on treating people well and developing a strong team for the long run.
