Interview
There were 4 rounds in total .
Round 1 : Aptitude test
Round 2 : Programming test (2 easy questions) for 90 mins
Round 3: Group discussion on 3-4 topics
Round 4 : Technical Interview
Interview is totally resume based , but they ask tricky puzzles like measure 15 mins using 11 min and 7 min hour glass, etc
first round was a 90 min apti and technical mcq exam. as per the rest, I am yet to give the coding round and got shortlisted for it. The apti round had pure mathematics and felt like giving logical resoning exam from class 12. It was a good approach if someone feels my tone is of sarcasm. I have the 90 min coding exam tomorrow .

Interview
I interviewed for the Associate Analyst role at Rudder Analytics. The process started with an aptitude round, which tested basic logical and analytical skills. Candidates shortlisted from this round moved to a 90-minute coding test focused on problem-solving and basic programming concepts.
After clearing the coding round, there was a Group Discussion round. In this round, the main focus was on communication skills, confidence, clarity of thoughts, and participation in the discussion.
Candidates who performed well in the GD were then scheduled for the final interview. The interview was based on my resume, projects, and technical fundamentals. The interviewer also asked logical and assumption-based questions to understand my approach to problem-solving. Overall, the process was structured and relevant for an entry-level analytics role.
