2 Hour Panel interview. 4 different groups interview you with 3 people in each group. Mostly behavior questions and a few technical questions including your knowledge in excel. They seemed to really like enthusiasm and a passion to learn.

Recruiter phone interview, then interview w/ branch Manager, third, job shadow. The recruiter was unorganized didn't communicate well during the process. I was called last minute when heading to the job shadowing appt. saying they already hired someone else.
