Ryder System Manager Operations Analysis interview questions

This was the worst interview I have ever done. It was a phone interview First of all, it was a "technical" interview and they didn't tell me until a few hours before the interview. Then the interview consisted of questions about excel, statistics, economics. The worst part is that the questions were like how would you do "this", and even though I had made many of those things, he wanted me to explain every step. I am sorry, but I don't memorize everything I do! Moreover, I don't think anyone has to memorize everything as long as you are capable to do it when the time comes (usually checking notes/books). I have been tested these skills many times before, but instead of asking them thorugh the phone they send you an online test where you have to show the skills. That is the way to do it! I will always regret the hour I spent speaking with this company.
