Interview
There was a case study with 7 questions to be completed in 1 hour, comprising of technical questions and excel skills. At the "interview", the interviewers will ask you to go through your answers. I missed out on a detail which affected the rest of my answers, was flustered, and the interviewers seemed to have given up there and then. Did not even proceed to ask me any questions and just asked if I any questions for them. To be honest, they don't seem to want to conduct the interview in the first place, the meeting room was not booked, I was being shuffled from one room to the next. When I was going through my excel, they were looking at their phones. Not the kind of company you will want to work for even if I didn't screw up the case study. Was told that there are 3 rounds of interview (!!!), team lead and FM for the first round, finance director for the 2nd round, and CFO for the last round. Not sure about you, sounds pretty hierarchal and inconsiderate to me (people have to take leave on 3 different days to come down). I prepared the whole weekend for answers to potential interview questions and they didn't even asked a single one. Quite a bad impression of the company.
