Interview
Initial communications just through a connection with a recruiter. They use Kelly Services to hire all their temporary employees like interns. I was only to have a phone interview and a 1:1 interview in person, but ended up getting the offer without the 1:1 but everyone else had to. I'm not sure why.
its smooth and basic finance and excel questions. basic formulas , terminology and introduction. 1 round interview , they just ask u to join teams and 1 hr on call.

Pretty straightforward, nothing that is tricky or technical. Look up at any recent news and try to connect with anyone for the role you applied to get insights, be sure to prepare and ask good questions at the end
The process was first and hr meeting and then in the same hours 2 30min interviews with managers. Mostly fit and personality questions. The process took around 2 months and communication was easy.
