Firstly talk to HR, a very nice girl who asked very general questions. Then interviewed with two lovely specialists who asked plenty of technical questions. 3rd round talk to the hiring manager who mainly wants to see whether you could fit in the group.

Screening => Co-worker => Hiring manager => Onsite programming => Head of Department. The whole process will be like this. With the co-worker, she asked questions related to the job responsibilities; The tech interview with the hiring manager is much more difficult.
