Was contacted for a 5-10 min. phone interview in order for the company to gain a general knowledge of who I was. Then a 30 min. phone interview with a superior. Was then asked to come in for a formal interview with 3 executives.

What was one hardship that you faced in a previous position, and how did you overcome it?
Did 3 interviews. The first was with one of their recruiters and it went well. They messaged me almost a month later requesting another interview, this time with the directors. This interview also went well, and they messaged me a few days later to schedule one last interview. After this one, which I also thought went well, they never messaged again, not even to say that they wouldn't be moving on with my application.
