They kept delaying it. From the first interview to the final round in was a 5 month process with constant rescheduling. All to be rejected , kinda sucked and almost sent me to depression.

Interview
Three interviews, with varying comportamental questions (use STAR method) and questions about commodities + PRA know how. Be as honest as possible about your knowledge - CAP is about training you to become a price reporter. Study about the company and its values. Try reading any available Platts report online. HR is very helpful throughout the process.

Question 1
What would your day to day look like as a price reporter?
Online application, hirevue interview, zoom/skype interview, editorial test. After that you'll have one final interview, but I didn't get to that stage. Editorial test involves basic maths questions and writing articles in the style of S&P associate.
