S3 Shared Service Solutions interview questions

The interview process was straightforward and professional. I first applied online and received an email from HR within about a week to schedule a short phone screening. The recruiter asked about my background, availability, and interest in the role.

The interview process was unnecessarily long. I was asked over 15 questions — mostly behavioral and ‘tell me about a time’ scenarios — for a single position. I’ve completed many interviews before, but this one felt excessive and repetitive. The interviewer also repeatedly asked if I was okay with the hours, scheduling, equipment and learning new skills for a year, which made it feel like she was discouraging me from the role. After reading other employee reviews and noticing similar concerns about management and culture, I’d recommend exploring other opportunities.
