I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SAC Wireless (Seattle, WA) in May 2014.

    Interview

I was hired as a contractor. I met with a VP who flew out from Chicago, and then with the project lead in Seattle.

They did not seem to be very selective. They said that they were very busy and just needed more people quickly. I thought both interviewers were personable and accessible.

    Project Manager Interview

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SAC Wireless in July 2014.

    Interview

Started by going through a recruiter.

Human resources staff is very nice and helpful. They do need to work on their organization, HR was not ready for new employees and we sat around for the first week on the job, with no computers or resources to accomplish our jobs with.

Rather than temp. to perm. got to start as a direct employee right away.

Only down side to SAC is the benefits pack is not very good.

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

Knowing what I do now, I would have asked for a higher starting salary to make up for the short comings of the benefits package.

    Neutral Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SAC Wireless (Secaucus, NJ) in March 2018.

    Interview

Very unstructured. Hiring Manager had my resume in front of him. Looked it over and picked out various accomplishments and said "tell me more about xxx". The HM took barely any notes. I asked some questions about company structure and benefits, and how long the hiring process would be. and he did not have a ready answer. I followed up with the hiring manager after a week and was told "we will let you know" after two weeks I followed up with the recruiter and he said "oh, we just went with somebody else"

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SAC Wireless.

    Interview

I was contacted by Talent Acquisition (red flag) to come in for a position that just 'opened up' I was scheduled to interview with 4 people. No one ever informed me it was just an informational interview. So I came in expecting to really get a job. Every single one of those interviewers are wrong for allowing me to believe that It was a real interview. no one took notes, they all asked me weird questions, wore jeans and at some point cursed. after 3 weeks I still have not heard back of course, but I'm really turned off by the fact that I was used. I am currently in need of a job, so for me it really irritates me. thats corporate America for you.

ps all of those jobs posed on their site are fake like a staffing agency.
