Interview
Consisted of troubleshooting and knowledge questions concerning technology. The interviewer spent time to get to know me to see if I would be a good fit. He also describe the job requirements and expectations. Overall it was a good back and forth discussion.
In depth understanding was needed for CANES. Experience in all areas in IT including Networking, Windows, RHEL, Wireless Networking, Storage, Backups, SAN. All layers of the OSI model come into play in this position. You might as well see your self as a Sr. Network, Systems, and Architect.

Recruiter contact, interview 2 days later. Job offer in 5 days total. Interview was extensive, but weatherable to a fault. Recruiter was knowledgeable, and extremely gungho. My recruiter went above and beyond, to make this happen fast as possible.
