SAP Fieldglass interview questions

Applied online and got response from HR in a week for a behavioral round. This first round has some basic behavioral round questions It last for about 30min and got response from HR in a week for the next 2 technical interviews each one for an hour. One round is completely technical questions based on java, Selenium, DB and others. Other round is on what I have previously worked on and any improvements that I have made to existing testing frameworks in my previous work. These went well for me and got response in a week that I am selected for final manager round. The manager round went for an hour with behavioral questions , my experience related questions and questions on my expectations. Overall process is quick and decent.

Had a recruiter to call me for round 1, general questions being asked. Then round 2 was a group call with 2 higher-ups where I was being asked more design-oriented questions to gauge my experience; interests. This went generally well--keep in mind that I was interviewing for an internship, so I was about 20 years of age in a call with two older, white gentlemen. They were very casual, and mostly asked questions about whether I would be comfortable working on mobile/desktop products (they preferred desktop) and talking about the history of the type of work they did. They really did not sound excited about this at ALL, and it made me rethink my interest as well. They made it sound like we would just be doing more of the same old 'boring' work that they had been doing for the larger branch (this got brought up when I talked about doing user research). It derailed my conversation about one of my projects that was mostly centered around user research; I was simply told this was not important because we would not likely be doing this kind of work. This was fine, just made me unexcited. Lastly, and the worst part for me, was at the end, I asked a question I ask at the end of all my interviews, which is about the company culture and how they value/prioritize diversity and inclusion within their team. At this, these two interviewers had a chuckle and seemily brushed my very serious question off by saying they did not hire based on these factors--they 'only saw ability' in people at Fieldglass. Unfortunately for me, this was extremely disappointing, and not the type of environment or vibe I was looking for. To finish, these two higher-ups ended the interview saying that my recruiter would follow-up with me after the call to schedule the next round of interviews, approximating a week's response. However this ended extremely unprofessionally, where they never followed up with me, and when I ended up asking what was going on, they apologized and said that had already found someone.
