Had applied the 2nd day after the applications for internships opened. I suppose that was major reason why I received a call. From 1600 applicants, 132 were selected. Was lucky to be one. Got a call in last week of feb, the subsequent week, I got first interview set and it went well. 2nd happened the next week and got a final call the next week. In all it took 3 weeks and seemed pretty fast! huh!

Interview
The first round was a hirevue video interview. I submitted the video, but it's been a month and I haven't heard back from them. I think they've already hired someone but still haven't said anything to me regarding the job. The communication is horrible. At least they should update the candidates.
I applied online and it took about 2 weeks to review my resume and get back to me. The next step was a video interview just answering questions, but not talking to anyone. This took another 2 weeks to review, and got another video interview talking to a manager.

Great!! Very behavioral. In person interview with campus recruiter followed by skype interview with potential team. Everyone was very friendly and I could tell they wanted to see what I could offer to the company
