Bon contact avec la RH même si elle est faussement sympathique. Très bon contact avec l’opérationnel. Processus décisionnel long, pas de clarté sur le salaire (beaucoup de candidats en compétition). Évocation d’un style de management qui serait très orienté micro management voire toxique. J’ai fui et accepté une autre proposition.

the first interview phase was outsourced to a graduate recruit company. the interview was through teams. I found it very hard to connect with the interviewer since she was not a part of segro I also think it its harder on teams than in person just felt very awkward online
