SFW Junior Analyst/Programmer (Java) interview questions

The initial interview was focused on my technical knowledge surrounding the Java programming language and object oriented principles. There was a strong emphasis on my past projects and what was written on my CV. I sat a short paper based test which was not too complex which asked some fairly straightforward questions on data structures and OO principles. I was later told that my test answers would be used more for analysing the areas I may need help with, rather than used to determine their decision to hire me. The second interview was with the Chief Operative Officer, and the questions were more focused on determining whether or not I would be a good fit within the company. My overall experience with the SFW interview process was very positive and it was impossible not to notice how friendly and welcoming the staff were. Within 7 days of attending my first face to face interview I accepted an offer over the phone.
