Extremely unprofessional organisation. I applied through the career section of their website. The HR/ Recruiting Manager scheduled a time for a conversation. It was supposed to be a meeting on Zoom.
On the scheduled time I dialed-in and waited the entire duration for them to join the web conference, but the Head never joined the call. I did not receive any communication from the coordinator either (I sent her an email asking if there was an issue but she never bothered to respond). What a terrible, and unprofessional organisation culture. It is a harassment. It is a sheer waste of my time and effort. When an organisation does not have the slightest professional courtesy, it tells a story about its culture and attitude.
Advice to the future candidates - probably you should stay miles away from this company.

2 Gespräche a 30 min mit der Teamchefin Buchhaltung sowie Produktentwicklung und einem der GF. Sehr entspannte Atmosphäre trotz der diversen Fachfragen. Es entstand keinerlei mentaler Druck. Sehr positiver Gesamteindruck. Man hatte das Gefühl, sich schon lange zu kennen. Auch sehr freundlicher Empfang durch das HR Team. Auch die Chance zur Probearbeit war gegeben.
