Applied online. Was then contacted for a phone interview. After the phone interview, you could be offered another interview with the lab manager or be declined and not move forward.

Very minimal process. I spoke with an HR lady shortly then the had a behavioral interview with the head of the department. Answer with STAR formatted answers to have the best outcome.

When faced with a difficult situation, how did you solve it and what was the outcome
They were very unorganized. The scheduler for the interview had no idea what was going on. It was a very poor interview experience. I would recommend looking into a different company
