    Pros

Many dedicated, excellent, compassionate physicians, allied health care team members, and medical staff

    Cons

Large network over a large geographic area with a large influx of new physicians, staff, and administrators makes it difficult for medical and admninistration to work as a a team.

    Advice to Management

Communicate, empower, & equip local physician and administrators to take ownership and leadership of their site with clearly stated goals from the executive medical and administrative team.
