    I had an initial phone interview with the recruiter and everything went perfectly, I was well qualified for the position and she thought I was a perfect fit. I was scheduled for an in person interview with the manager and everything seemed to go well. We discussed my qualifications and experience, which was exactly what the job posting listed. However upon followiing up about the position, I was told I wasnt qualified and if I became better qualified to reapply.

    I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SSM Health (Saint Louis, MO) in January 2017.

    Interview

    I applied online by submitting my resume and application. I was then contacted by e-mail by a nursing recruiter. We scheduled a phone interview and from the phone interview scheduled an in person interview. The in person interview was scheduled for a Friday afternoon in which I was informed that it may take up to 2 hours. I arrived for the interview and spoke with the recruiter. She gave me an overview of the interview process for the day as well as benefits and pay. Following this I was interviewed by three charge nurses. They asked a list of questions and discussed the unit in which I had applied. Lastly, I spoke with one of the leaders of the graduate nurse program. She gave me information in great detail about the program and what it has to offer. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

    Hiring process very fast. Applied for position and had phone interview the following day. I had my second in-person interview the following day. Received an offer for the position the following Monday. SSM team seems very efficient and I look forward to meeting my coworkers and the rest of the team.

    Very succinct, responsive to phone calls and emails. Moved very quickly unlike many hospitals! Initially spoke to HR and then the hiring manager in the department. Heard back the very next day.

    Three weeks process, first online phone screen, than a panel interview with five managers. Semi easy questions. I took another position after waiting for the response after 30 days. Nice organizing company they took a long time to get back to me. Declined job offer.
