The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SSM Health (Wentzville, MO)
Interview
There were 2 interviews. One phone and one in person. The phone interview was my first ever over the phone interview, the lady interviewing me was very friendly, and asked simple questions like "how much are you expecting to be paid?" And "why do you want to work for SSM?" I had a in-person interview 4 days later with 2 women from the department. Both were very friendly. Overall a very pleasant interview process.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at SSM Health (Saint Louis, MO) in Oct 2024
Interview
easy, all questions answered honestly, job description explained efficiently and thoroughly. encouraged to ask questions. recruiter and supervisor were very helpful and friendly. Job explained and all questions answered, enjoyed the interview process even though I had to decline the offer
One thing for sure an two for certain… they play with your time & post positions that are already filled. Also day of the interview you may get a email that says “ interview canceled by recruiter” with no explanation. (I come bearing receipts)
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at SSM Health in Dec 2023
Interview
The interview was very brief, not much details given out during it. Pay isn't worth it for all the work you have to do. So good luck negotiating pay as well. They threw two ppl on to ask random questions, but they had noticeable what to ask. Also found out my manager doesn't know much.
