I had an initial interview with my manager. Then 2. interview with the manager and HR. I asked a bunch of questions about how can I succeed in this role, and how do I fall in line with the metrics that he is measured by. How do they get feedback? Most of the time HR asked me back whether I am satisfied with the answers and how I envision things that I asked. It felt like HR asked me back those questions just because she was using the interview method of "reflecting" which does not make sense to me. I told them there are no right answers for these types of questions as they are open-ended and person dependent. In the end, I was rejected. HR gave me her number so that I can call her once I asked for feedback. But the only feedback I can get was "You don't suit the team" which could have been an email. But I called her because I thought I could get a bit more info on what went wrong and how can I improve myself after investing some time into the recruitment process. But no, HR only kept saying to me "You don't suit". After I pushed a bit, she said something from her mind which I don't believe belongs to the Recruitment manager.

Sehr locker und nett, die Atmosphäre war super und kollegial.
Ich musste 2 Eignungstests machen und die üblichen Fragen beantworten.
Das Team war sehr nett, es gab keine unerwarteten Fragen. Alles sehr transparent und offen.
