Interview
There was a skills test (very basic) and a personality test. The personality test is a joke to weed out vilent people who aren't smart enough to answer questions correctly. There was also a drug test (urine) at a different facility. Finally, a 1v1 interview where they tried to convince me it was really hard work to scare off the lazy people I presume.
In store, we sat down and they asked about my previous work experience and a few other questions. One interview and then a training day with computer modules before starting
good and like any other interview but i went during a job fair so it was easier i brought all my docs and then they called me back nice summer job for teen

They ask about your hours and questions like if you can work with people in a team or alone, they also are a union and do weekly pay, it’s a easy interview process at least for me
