Usually they call and make an appointment for interview. It is done by managers and decision comes very fast. HR people are good and cooperative and willing to teach you. Training time is paid and hands on

are you available for weekends. are you available to work any time between 09am to 11pm, do you have any physical mental sickness that effect your job site.
Great we had a lot of questions and answers back and forth repeatedly and information back and forth again it was a good conversation. I would want to interview again one at a time and more information would be used
Simple questions and fairly easy. It contains your basic interview questions like why should we hire you and questions like that. They asked about four questions and I got an offer fairly quick.
so easy anyone could pass, very doable questions and even got the offer on the spot. i felt really confident in every single question i answered. the lady was very nice.
