Un processus chaotique. Un premier entretien où l'heure fixée n'était pas bonne et ensuite un ghost en bonne et due forme. Apparement ghoster des candidats fait partie de la culture d'entreprise chez Sage.

J'ai eu peu de questions. Apparemment j'y répondais lors de mon speech de présentation et donc le recruteur ne m'en a que peu posées.

J'ai postulé en ligne à une annonce. Le recruteur m'a contactée par LinkedIn et nous avons fait un premier entretien suite auquel il devait me confirmer si le Manager souhaitait me rencontrer. Malgré toutes mes relances pour avoir un retour (positif comme négatif), j'ai été ghostée.
