I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sainsbury’s (Liverpool, England) in Nov 2017
Interview
First went to customer service desk and signed in. Then was taken up stairs to wait in the staff room before my interviewer came to get me. Very relaxed, started with seeing if I could do the role things such as hours and checking my right to work. After this I had some questions but you could take as long as you wanted to answer and if you’re struggling I was prompted as to more I could expand on. Overall very friendly; this may have been because I looked so nervous!
Interview process was good for young people. Well put together and detailed enough to give you the right info without overwhelming. The process was 2 stage when I did it.
