Applied online and took a quiz, was soon contacted for interview. Had individual interview where they took my availability and asked about holidays. Then had a group interview where they interviews colleagues for warehouse, grocery and clothing together.

Very relaxed, simple typical questions like experience. Also asked uniform size and other availability/ overtime. Went for a walk/ tour of the store and also got told more information about the company and my interviewer and their career path with sainsburys. Overall was a positive and relatively easy experience. The calmness and humour of my interviewer also helped.
