Interview
It’s a straightforward process. It starts with a short online assessment test. If you clear that, you’ll be invited for a face-to-face interview with the Store Manager.
Once the interview is completed successfully, you’ll receive a link for the Right to Work check and an email with login details for your first day.
On your first day, you’ll complete around 3 hours of online induction modules, after which you’ll be placed on the shop floor and work alongside senior staff for guidance and support.

Super easy, sat in the staff room then was taken into the managers room. Just a very casual chat about why the company, why this role, previous job roles, working as a team etc.
