Quick, robust, and simple questions. Hiring Manager described the position and expectations well. Able to learn and ask questions about the role at Sainsbury.
Overall a great experience, with low to moderate level of diffculty.

Give me an example of a time you offered good customer service?
Give me an example of you working as a part of a team.
Informal - done in 15 minutes. Asked questions about previous work and if I had been employed in the last 6 months. Did wear shirt and tie going to interview however the whole process was very laidback and easy.

Filled in online application and assesment. I then went to store for a interview and walk around the store. Simple excercise note hope and bad points. Then have a chat about what you found and a few questions asked
