Processus d'embauche sous forme de panel très équitable car il est le même pour tous les candidats en interne et externe. Selon le poste il y a souvent un business case et tout est fait pour accompagner le candidat.

Question 1
Je n'ai pas d'exemple précis, mais dans le cas d'un solution engineer il y a des questions sur les capacités du produit (traitement d'objections, mise en difficulté)
2 interviews one with HR, one with manager and then panel interview.
Then salary discussion and then a very excellent onboarding trajectory. Last step when you get hired is a full background check.
