I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce
Interview
Emailed recruiter, got a response back quickly and set up an interview time. Got the logic for all the interview questions, but interviewer very strongly wanted the code to compile, which unfortunately we couldn't manage to get it to do in the allocated time. Had to constantly ask recruiter for a response back after the interview, receiving the rejection email almost 3 weeks after the interview. Although the interview was pleasant, it was jarring to receive an automated rejection email without any feedback.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Salesforce (Dallas, TX) in Jun 2024
Interview
The interview process was great.
The interviewing staff was very conforting and welcoming. It felt like a normal conversation where you would just talk between coworkers about your experience and about interesting thing that have happened in your professional journey.
