Interview
Several conversation cycles starting with HR recruiters, then on to the hiring manager, that persons director and then a peer or two and other related roles. Once you clear people, there is an in person panel interview where you give a presentation.

Do you have a story from personal experience that would allow you to demonstrate the value of product x (product line I would be working with)?
2 interviews one with HR, one with manager and then panel interview.
Then salary discussion and then a very excellent onboarding trajectory. Last step when you get hired is a full background check.
