Great interview experience. As I had already worked indirectly for Salesforce Support through my previous employer, they asked me all the relevant questions. No questions were asked out of JD.

2 technical rounds. Round 1 specific to basic salesforce admin knowledge. Round 2 was more specific to Salesforce Usage and Data Management.

The interview process was quite quick. I received a notification to hold a meeting with the recruiter over the phone and then had another conference call with the manager and a few other people on the team.
