It was the most efficient and delightful interview process that I had. I have been contacted within 10 days of my application. The process included 4 stages and took about a week until I had my offer.

Question 1
It was relaxed and conversational. There was a focus on cultural fit such as how to convince stakeholders and where I would like to be in future.
Straightforward, standard questions by the book, nothing special or out of the ordinary. Classical PM questions, some were related to usage of AI in the daily work and to team management
I had a 30 minute phone screening with recruiter and then a 45 minute interview with the hiring manager. After that, I was told they would be in touch with next steps. 2 weeks later I received a rejection email.

Getting a referral for a job is a massive advantage. No salary was disclosed I was asked what I would expect first. Interview was pretty casual and easy going. Would recommend
