A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn initially - however, since the headcount moved to Toronto - it was put on hold. Once another role in Atlanta opened up about 1 month later, she highly recommended me to that recruiter. I spoke to the new recruiter 1st, she then scheduled a phone screen with a Senior Recruiter later that week, then interviews with 5 additional people the following week (3 Recruiters, 2 Hiring Managers) back to back via hangouts video. Every conversation was like talking to old friends - everyone was extremely friendly, fun to chat with - and not nearly as grueling as 5 back to back (30min) interviews sound! The recruiter was awesome with keeping me in the loop throughout the process. After the final interview(s) - it took 2 weeks to get an offer - which felt like FOREVER - but was happy to finally receive it! :-)
