Best interview ever! Jake is the best interviewer I have spoken to in a very long time. The process is clearly explained and they take you through the entire process seamlessly. Transparency and tone of the people you speak with at different stages of the interview process clearly reflect the culture of the organization. It is a very thorough interview to make sure you can be successful working in this role. So do not expect to be a walk in the park even if you have a ton of experience under your belt. This is not a typical SI architect role so there is a lot of emphasis on CXO engagement and consultative skills. Overall it was an amazing experience. I accepted the offer and looking forward to starting.
