Structured interview process the clearly followed predefined steps. 3 formal interviews to get to panel. Panel presentation consisted of discovery, presentation and demo. All based on a fiction company with detailed background information. Panel members were assigned specific roles within the company.

Question 1
Position was for a specific and specialized product. Questions were open ended and to gauge my experience in this field that is new to Salesforce.
The application was straightforward 3 steps in total one with the recuirter, HM interview and a panel. The panel was quite challenging. I felt like i walked into a cold room immediately.
