Overall the Interview and Recruitment process was very positive, just as you expect it to be once you get to research the company a little bit more. They look for diversity and passion, and the questions of the interviewers do not fall under the "classic ones" always. They aim to get to know you more as a person and less as an employee (how you would fit in with the team, the culture etc)
