I interviewed at Salesforce (Bellevue, WA) in Mar 2019
Interview
Flew to Salesforce office the night before, 7 interviews in total. First sign in at the front office at Salesforce tower then tour of the office grounds and coffee shop to grab enough caffeine for the interviews. Two interviews in morning, one for lunch, three more in the afternoon and two more interviews via web for follow up
I applied online. I interviewed at Salesforce in Jun 2026
Interview
Nice and polite verbal tone. But the interview screen was only a short 15 minutes. Not willing to give time for me to ask my questions nor really get to know me. Subtle insider arrogance — listed a lot of jargon and abbreviations, and assuming that I know all of Salesforce’s insider jargon even though I’m an outsider. Tone was weird ... It’s like they expected me to interrupt them during the middle of her talking … but she never actually gave any break or invitation to jump in and explain my qualifications. Very rude interview style wrapped up in niceness.

I applied online. I interviewed at Salesforce (Denver, CO) in Nov 2025
Interview
The interviews were 5 individual people plus the insiders program. Each interview only 30 minutes long so very abbreviated. Too abbreviated I think. Mostly seem to be looking for fit.

I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Indianapolis, IN) in Dec 2024
Interview
The interview process is long and very thorough. I went through 6 interviews 4 of which where panel interviews. I did not have to present a fictional Salesforce based scenario, but I understand this is common in the last panel process today.
