Der 1. Kontakt lief über Recruiter, sehr professionell, allgemeine Angaben zu Rolle und Einordnung. Das 2. Gespräch lief mit dem hiring Manager, es war insgesamt sehr offen, transparent und professionell. Es folgte ein Telefon Interview mit hiring Manager zum Thema Leadership. Anschliessend gab es eine Panel Session mit hiring Manager sowie 3 weiteren Executives aus dem Deutschland Leadership team. Es ging um Leadership, Präsentation, Zeitmanagement, Gesprächsführung , Umgang mit Einwänden etc.. Hier kam sehr gut die Persönlichkeit und auch die Kultur von Salesforce mit Blick auf die Core Values und Ohana rüber. Alles in Allem sehr fokussiert und professionell. Anschliessend gab es ein abschliessendes Interview mit dem Country Leader welches ebenfalls sehr positiv war - Offenheit, Transparenz, direktes Feedback.
