Interview
I got approached by a recruiter on LinkedIn targeting my background. I was set up to talk to someone on the team within a few days, and then talked to the team director soon after that. Was in an in person interview within about two weeks after that, and an offer package the morning after the interview.
2 interviews one with HR, one with manager and then panel interview.
Then salary discussion and then a very excellent onboarding trajectory. Last step when you get hired is a full background check.
