Interview
This was by far the best interview experience I had in my career. The recruiter, the recruiting coordinator, the interviewers were all so prepared and professional.
There was an initial screening with the recruiter on the phone briefing me about the role and expectations followed by 3 video interviews, 2 with peers and 1 with the Director.
This was followed by a pay discussion.
The entire process took 6 weeks.
The interview process was outstanding, and the recruiting team demonstrated a high level of organization throughout. It started with an initial phone screening that covered basic qualifications, followed by a comprehensive video meeting with a peer, allowing for an in-depth discussion of my experience, skills, and alignment with the role.

There are 4 rounds of interview. The entire team of recruiting is super helpful and proactively inform you about the time slots and send email confirmation. Patient enough to listen and answer. Hassle and frustration free process.

Interview
It was very smooth. The interview panel make you feel comfortable. One needs to be confident about their work experience and explain it to the point. Manager does not need to have Salesforce technical certifications but should have handled technical support engineers. Customer experience is important.
