Application
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Salesforce (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2020
Interview
2 Phone screens, 5 person panel and final round. It took a long time but I think that was in part because they decided to hire right above this position so this one was put on hold. Once it started up again was about 2.5 months from screen to offer.
Typical set up. Meet with Recruiter, hiring manager and then 2 more rounds (one with panel). Very quick turn around. Discussed examples of situations. Thought provoking questions, good conversation about the role and Salesforce culture.

Question 1
Tell me a time when you dealt with stakeholders with competing priorities.
Painfully slow and confusing. I didn't know what the next steps were or what to expect. I expected better from Benioff's team and was disappointed in the results. I just wish someone would have followed up with me afterwards. Got automated emails and did not reply to them.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2021
Interview
The interview process was very well structured. Interviewers were warm & inviting. Each interviewer seemed to be prepared & had done their homework about my background/experience. They shared personal experiences on working at Salesforce and how they had adapted to WFH during Covid
